Terms & conditions
Please read these before booking. By booking an appointment you agree to them.
1. Services
Next Level Sports Recovery provides sports massage, dry cupping and soft tissue therapy for muscle relaxation, pain relief, recovery and performance.
Our treatments are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. If you have concerns about your health, please speak to a qualified healthcare professional before booking.
2. Booking
Appointments are booked online through this website, or by phone, WhatsApp or message. Online bookings are confirmed immediately and you will receive a confirmation email. All appointments are subject to availability.
3. Cancellations
If you need to cancel or move an appointment, please give at least 24 hours notice. You can cancel from the link in your confirmation email up to 24 hours before your appointment.
Any time after that, you must contact us directly by phone or WhatsApp. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be charged at the full session price.
4. Health and consent
You must tell us about any medical conditions, injuries, medication or allergies before your appointment starts. The online booking form asks for this, and you confirm your consent to treatment when you book. Please let us know of any changes before each appointment.
If you are unwell or have a contagious condition, such as a fever or an infectious skin condition, please let us know. We may not be able to treat you until it has cleared.
5. Fees and payment
Prices are shown on this website. Payment is taken at your appointment by card or cash; nothing is charged when you book online.
6. Conduct
Clients must behave respectfully towards the therapist and other people at the premises. Inappropriate behaviour of any kind, including harassment, aggression or sexual misconduct, will not be tolerated, and we reserve the right to refuse or end a session immediately.
Everything you tell us during a session is treated in confidence.
7. Liability
Our therapist is qualified and insured; however, we cannot be held responsible for adverse effects resulting from treatment where relevant health information was not disclosed. We are not liable for loss of, damage to or theft of personal belongings during your visit.
